Crystal Lake Club, Inc.

1) Use the "Calendar" tab to check for Clubhouse availability.

2) Use the form to the right to request a reservation.  Alternatively, contact the Clubhouse Manager with your request (See the "Contact Us" tab).

3) Download, read, andsign the "Rental Rules and Agreement".

4) Download and read the Clubhouse Checklist".

5) Send form and payment to:
         Crystal Lake Club, Inc.
         1606-A Grange Dr.
          LaGrange, KY 40031
          Atten: Clubhouse Manager

6) If you do not get a response to an inquiry or confirmation of the rental within two business days, please resubmit the form to the right or email clubhouse@ourcrystallake.org and explain the concern.

Clubhouse Rentals are for Crystal Lake Members in Good Standing Only

NOTE: If you are a member of a household, the CLC Member (the lot's owner) has to submit the request.  Otherwise we won't have a record of rental eligibility and your request will be denied.  Rentals outside the Club are not possible at this time.
